Conservation: It is a fresh cheese with spun paste, but should not be stored in the refrigerator. The cold alters the aroma, taste and texture. It is recommended to keep the product at room temperature closed in the package with its liquid. In cold periods, you can immerse the bag in hot water to enhance the properties of mozzarella. In order to preserve the organoleptic characteristics it is preferable to consume the product within 4 days. Only then should the product be refrigerated.
